Starting PreProduction Again

Our first week back with the new group has been very promising. The basis of the story was already pretty strong so we were pretty quick to be able to start concept art. Of course first we have already gone through and made our pipeline diagram and discussed what we need to have for our project. So far we are all working in the first four sections of our pipeline.

Part of our group is taking the beat board and going through to continue on and making the slides to create a story board. While others are continuing to work through the art direction with character sheets. The team members who originally started the the beat board process had also come together with us and we were able to finalize a style sheet for everyone to look back on as we make our character concept designs. This has been so helpful in keeping everyone consistent when coming up with designs or even story ideas. I'm really glad that was quick to be made.

This is so far the two characters we have drawn up so far. We are continuing to add on and hopefully get our third character done as well.

A couple members are also going through and starting to create an asset list by going through the draft of a story board we have to see exactly everything that is needed. And of course with that we are still researching into Korean Shamanism, as I believe, our main character will have a focus on Christianity and Shamanism as well. And none of us are versed in that second category. We are meeting twice a week and so by our next meeting we hope to be a little further in each of these steps discussed.
